Superworms are a tropical insect that hails from Central and South America. They should be stored ideally between 75-80 degrees Farenheight.

We want your Superworms to be as healthy as possible when they arrive. Live insects left sitting in a mailbox too long can overheat and die, even if temperatures are mid-range. In order to maximize survival, your package will be shipped to your local post office. It will be held there for you to pick it up. The tracking number will automatically be emailed to you once shipped. In order to track its progress in transit, you will be responsible for setting up tracking with USPS (email/text).Orders placed by Sunday at 2 pm Eastern will ship out the following Monday (except Holidays.)

Should any problem occur, photos must be sent via email within 3 hours of arrival at your post office. Shipments sent to a post office via hold for pickup are entitled to a one-time replacement IF pictures and details are provided within 3 hours of arrival at the post office.
